Dr. Jennifer Leggour, Psy.D., is a Licensed Psychologist having earned her Doctorate from Loyola College in Baltimore, accredited by the American Psychological Association. Her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship were at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Kennedy Krieger Institute, with training in Behavior therapy, Family therapy, and Pediatric Psychology. For the past 20 years, Dr. Jen has worked with all ages, with a specialty in Child and Family Therapy. She has been with Worcester Youth and Family since 2009, first as a Psychologist and then as Clinical Director. As of January 2020, she became the Executive Director where she manages both the clinical team and the organization, ensuring quality services across all programs.
Caryn Horn, LCMFT, Senior Clinician, is a Licensed Clinical Marital and Family Therapist having earned her Master of Arts degree from LaSalle University in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. For over 10 years, Caryn has provided Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy. She utilizes an eclectic treatment approach, finding it important to meet each client where they are. Caryn is experienced in treating Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment issues, and Interpersonal issues. In her specialty of treating couples and families, she strives to promote healthy relationships and attachments. Caryn also functions in a supervisory role at Worcester Youth and Family, helping clinicians ensure that they are providing high-quality care to all clients. As Senior Clinician, Caryn provides supervision and oversight to the entire clinical team.
Jackie Hirsch, LCSW-C, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified having earned her Master of Social Work Degree from Salisbury University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. While Jackie is open to treating various ages, her primary specialty is working with adolescents. Jackie utilizes a mindfulness-based approach and has completed a certificate for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens. She is also certified in Animal-Assisted Therapy and incorporates her therapy dog, Rory, when appropriate. Jackie has expertise in treating ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and behavioral problems.
Madi O’Malley, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor having earned her Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University with a dual concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. She uses a person-centered approach while incorporating techniques from such treatment models as Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma Processing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Madi has experience working in outpatient and school settings and works with most age groups. She is experienced in treating Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma; and is passionate about Multicultural and LGBTQ issues.
Courtney Herring, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, having earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Clinical Counseling, from Capella University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in group and individual settings. Courtney’s areas of expertise include Co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues, Autism/Developmental Disabilities, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and Attachment Disorders. Her treatment approach is eclectic, as she finds it crucial to meet clients where they currently are; provide a safe environment, and encourage positive growth. While Courtney is open to working with any age group, her primary specialty is with adolescents and adults.
Donald Carroll, LCPC, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor having earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Walden University. He has several years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. He is well versed in trauma counseling and has a special interest in play and sand tray therapy for young children. Donny has extensive experience with several diagnoses including ADHD, Autism Spectrum and Mood Disorders. He focuses on the here and now and changing behaviors in the moment. His therapeutic style reflects on the need for growth and seeing tangible results from therapy services.
