  • Affiliated Sante Group- Eastern Shore Crisis Response Services (ESCRS) provides behavioral health emergent, urgent, information and referral crisis response programs. Serving nine counties on the Easter Shore 24 hours a day 7 days a week. four mobile crisis teams located in Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, and Wicomico Counties are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to mental health and substance use crises as defined by the caller.   • Beacon Place Provides a safe harbor and sanctuary for adults (18+) experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. They are a voluntary alternative to or step down from hospitalization. Team Cell Phone: 443-880-3010
  • Community Outreach Addictions Team (C.O.A.T.) Peer support specialist partnered with local law enforcement assists people into treatment by offering phone and in-person support, connections to local resources, and follow up assistance. Contact C.O.A.T. at 443-783-6875/410-742-3784
  • Crisis Services The Retreat of Lower Shore Clinic provides short term Residential Crisis Services in a community based setting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a voluntary alternative to hospitalization or to shorten the length of a hospital admission.   • Life Crisis Center Provides a 24 hour crisis hotline. Services include counseling for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault, suicide prevention, support groups, emergency safe home, shelter and medical care referral, and assistance
  • Maryland Center of Excellence on Problem Gambling offer peer support, treatment providers and other resources. Call them at 1-800-GAMBLER (426-2537)
  • Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) -Lower Shore Clinic provides mobile psychiatric, employment, rehabilitation, nursing, peer support, housing and substance use services. ACT teams provide outreach at a client’s home, work, or any other appropriate location chosen by the client. The teams provide case management and advocacy to assist clients in becoming as independent as possible. Adults in need of services are assessed by clinical staff to determine client’s needs, strengths, resources and also receive a psychiatric evaluation which includes history, mental status examination and diagnosis. Servicing adult residents of Caroline, Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester Counties.

  • Trevor Lifeline (LGBTQ community) provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people under the age of 25.
  • Worcester County Safe Station provides immediate assistance to individuals seeking a path to recovery. The station is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for individuals seeking treatment services.
