Youth and Teens:

    • If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts contact the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK).
    • For someone you believe is in danger of hurting themself or others, call 911 immediately.

    • If you or someone you know is a transgender/gender non-conforming individual in need of support you can reach the Trans Lifeline at 877-565-8860.
    • TeenLine- Available for call, text, email, or chat when you need a safe way to talk about mental health. Teen specific hotline is 800-852-8336 and is open until 10pm PST; will be directed to general crisis line after hours.
    • National  Runaway Safeline- call 1-800-RUNAWAY for 24/7 help if you are running away, thinking about running away, or are a parent worried about a runaway child.
    • LoveIsRespect answers questions about dating violence in teens. Call at 1-866-331-9474 or text LOVEIS to 22522.
    • Boystown crisis support is for kids and teens for depression, suicidal ideation, bullying, and more. Also has some services available in Spanish. Call 800-448-3000 or text VOICE to 20121 for support.
    • NAMI Teen and Young Adult has a full resource directory for teens with questions related to mental health. Contact 800-950-6264 or text FRIEND to 62640 for help.
    • Kids In Crisis provides hotline support for kids dealing with mental health, substance abuse, unsafe homes, school or family conflicts, and more. Call 203-661-1911 to speak to someone 24/7.
    • Trevor Lifeline provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ young people under the age of 25.  Call 1-866-488-7386 or text START to 678678.
